To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Out2Inspire LLC from any claims related to your participation.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All coaching payments are due in advance.
• Coaching fees are non-refundable once services begin.
• Digital products (including ebooks) are non-refundable.
• Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited.

Specific program agreements may override this section where stated in writing.

6. Minimum Commitment

Certain coaching services require a minimum six-month commitment as disclosed on the website or agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including programs, guides, videos, PDFs, and digital products — are the intellectual property of Out2Inspire LLC.

You may not:

• Distribute

8. Photo & Video Release

You consent to being photographed or recorded during coaching interactions (virtual or in-person) for marketing purposes unless you provide written notice declining consent.
